Godfrey Kalemera has worked in household economic strengthening for 15 years. As Program Manager – Microfinance and Livelihoods, he manages the CRS Uganda Microfinance Portfolio. He has contributed in writing manuals and guides used in SILC programs across the agency. Previously, he worked with International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) under the HarvestPlus program where he supported marketing and development of products from the biofortified crops. He also worked at Vredeseilanden East Africa where he developed a program on inclusive modern markets. He has successfully managed project designs, agribusiness mentoring, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation for donor-funded programmes including USAID, Master Card Foundation (MCF) DGD (Belgium), IFAD, and Government of Uganda.
